Can I upgrade to First Class?

Before departure

• If you want to travel in a more comfortable way, please contact us and we’ll check if your ticket allows upgrading to First Class.

En route

• If you originally booked a Standard Class ticket but want to try First Class, speak with a train conductor onboard to see if you can upgrade en route; just make sure you pay the difference.
